Plain-English overview of what we collect and how we use it.

When you get in touch

Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, message, and any website, offerings, or areas of interest you choose to share. Our careers form also collects your selected role, work samples, résumé links, and the availability, proposed rates, or city requested for that role. We use these details to understand your needs or review your application, respond, and discuss working together. Sending an inquiry or application does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Phantom Forms, our form service hosted on Cloudflare, processes submissions. Postmark delivers the notification to our inbox. The form service also records technical details, including IP address and browser information, to prevent abuse and troubleshoot delivery. Completed submissions in the form service are scheduled for personal-data redaction after 90 days. Email correspondence may be kept longer to manage the conversation and our business records.

Analytics is your choice

Google Analytics 4 stays off until you select “Allow analytics.” If you allow it, we use information such as pages visited, referral source, device and browser type, approximate location, and whether an inquiry was accepted to understand what is useful on our site. Analytics uses pseudonymous identifiers; we do not send your name, email, website, or message from the inquiry form to Google Analytics.

You can choose “No thanks” and use the entire site, including the inquiry form. We also keep analytics off when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Advertising personalization is disabled in our website's analytics tag.

Cookies and saved preferences

When analytics is allowed, GA4 uses cookies named _ga and _ga_<identifier> to distinguish visitors and maintain session information. Their default expiration is up to two years and may renew on a visit; browser settings can shorten this period. We save your analytics choice in your browser's local storage. This preference is not an advertising tracker.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Choosing “No thanks” stops our analytics tracking and removes the site's GA4 cookies. This does not remove data already collected. If browser storage is blocked, we honor your choice for the current visit.

Services that help run the site

These providers process information as part of delivering their services, including on infrastructure outside your region. We do not sell your inquiry information.
